Costco Warehouse

Project Details

This Costco project involved approximately 147,234 square feet of new warehouse building on one level. The building is insulated metal panel walls, metal roof system and concrete slab on grade. L.J. Barton Mechanical’s scope of work involved underground including Grease Interceptors, all plumbing above ground to washroom and kitchens was completed which involved hooking up to the equipment in the Bakery, Deli, Food Court, Gas Station, Meat Department, Optical, Tire Shop and Warehouse. Gas to make up air units, ductwork for the makeup air units and insulation was also installed. This project had a tight schedule for the new store and had to be opened with 4 months.
