An existing building was renovated to create office spaces and clean rooms for Trutina Pharmacy. The mechanical scope of work included to supply and install complete supply, return, fresh air and exhaust ductwork and balancing dampers. Pressure testing was completed to test main duct before installation of branch lines that included cleaning of all sheet metal with 70% alcohol prior to installation. Insulation of fresh air ductwork and installation of air handling units were also a part of the mechanical scope. L.J. Barton Mechanical was also responsible for the electrical work including demolition of the existing incoming service and fixtures, installation of new upgrades service complete with emergency generator & ATS switch, emergency lights, lighting fixtures, occupancy sensors, receptacles and data outlets.
