Project Details

Construction of a new 4 storey, 17,136 square foot affordable housing complex in Fergus, Ontario. L.J. Barton Mechanical was responsible for the mechanical scope of work inclusive of the complete HVAC and plumbing systems. This included the supply and installation of heat exchangers, force flow heaters, unit heaters, wall fin heaters, water heaters, heat pumps, water softeners, boilers, plumbing fixtures and all associated piping and venting. Also included within the scope was the natural gas service, testing and balancing, building automation system and commissioning of equipment.
