Project Details

This LEED certified project featured the construction of a new 4 storey administration building located in Dundas, Ontario. Working directly for the owners, L.J. Barton Mechanical was responsible for the complete mechanical and electrical scope of work for this project. The mechanical scope of work included the complete plumbing and HVAC systems, insulation, controls and water treatment. Also included was the complete supply and installation of all plumbing fixtures, boilers, make up air units, chillers, fan coil units, ERV and sound and vibration controls. Electrically, this project included all underground duct bank and main incoming service, electrical service to all panels, the supply and installation of all exterior and interior fixtures, installation of sensors for daylight harvesting, photocell controlled lighting fixtures, distributions to all power outlets and mechanical equipment and the complete fire alarm system and life safety equipment.
