Project Details

New construction of a two storey 5,245 square meter elementary school. The mechanical scope of work included supply and installation of an indoor heat recovery unit, condensing gas boilers, air cooled chiller, condensing unit, boiler pumps, primary heating pumps, glycol makeup tank and heat exchanger, glycol ERV heating pumps, chilled water system, six HVAC units, split system condensing unit, unit heaters and all associated piping and fixtures. L.J. Barton Mechanical successfully coordinated subcontractors for the insulation, sheet metal installation and testing and balancing.
